Your home country is the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, or another neighbor country of Germany and you and your vehicle (Car, Truck, Motorcycle, Caravan, Motorhome, Boat) are involved in a road traffic accident in Germany.
According to German law, if you are not the accident causer, you are eligible to consult a German expert / surveyor and a German lawyer for traffic law.
